Refund policy

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at terrolivausa@gmail.com. Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items: Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or wrong.

Non-returnable items: Opened or used olive oil, custom orders, sale items, gift cards, and expired or perishable products cannot be returned.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges; return the item and place a new order.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass without a refund, contact us at terrolivausa@gmail.com.
